Pinoy Caviar (Bihod) Rice
Ingredients:
1 Tbsp Canola oil
¼ cup Garlic, minced
½ cup Deep Dips Bihod (Pinoy Caviar)
2 pcs Leeks (chopped into small pieces)
10 cup Cooked Rice
1 pc Lemon
Salt & pepper to taste
2 pc Cooked egg, (scrambled and cut into strips)
Procedure:
Ø In a pan, sauté garlic in heated canola oil.
Ø Add Deep Dips Bihod (Pinoy Caviar) and cook for 2 minutes.
Ø Add leeks and cook for 1 minute.
Ø Add cooked rice and sauté for 10 minutes or until rice doesn’t stick on hand when touched
Ø Squeeze ½ (half) lemon on the rice
Ø Salt & pepper to taste.
Ø Top with scrambled egg and sliced lemon (using half lemon)
Ø Serve
