Crab & Mango Salad with Anchovy Vinaigrette Dressing

Ingredients:
5     pcs     Crab sticks
1     pc       Ripe mango
5     pcs     Fresh basil, cut in strips
1     pc       White Onion, small
1     pack   Mix green salad
5     pcs     Sun-dried tomato, cut in strips

Pinoy anchovy dressing:
1/4  cup     Deep Dips Fillet Dilis
1     tbsp     Balsamic vinegar
1/4  cup      Croutons
                    Parmesan cheese


Procedure:
  1. Ø Sliced Crab sticks, set aside
  2. Ø Peel and slice ripe mango, julienne
  3. Ø Cut white onion into half and slice thinly.
  4. Ø Mix in a bowl the crab sticks, mango, basil, onion, mix greens
  5. Ø Add Deep Dips Fillet Dilis and balsamic vinegar, toss until well mixed
  6. Ø Before serving, add croutons on top, then add parmesan cheese
